Le Grand Hotel De La Plage, Biscarrosse-Plage

Le Grand Hotel de la Plage was nominated for Best European Terrace at the 2015 Villegiature Awards. This outdoor space overlooks the Atlantic and the beach, providing a setting for the brasserie-style restaurant and bar. The terrace is a key feature that distinguishes the hotel from other coastal properties.

The 37 air-conditioned rooms have parquet flooring, a minibar, a coffee machine, and an LCD TV with cable channels. Many rooms offer ocean views from a balcony or terrace. Room choices include standard double rooms with balcony and ground floor standard double rooms with terrace.

A buffet breakfast is served each morning with French pastries, cheeses, hams, bacon, eggs, and hot drinks. The brasserie-style restaurant offers seafood and diverse menu options, including kids' meals and special diet menus. Breakfast in the room is available, and the coffee house on site serves wine and champagne.

A seasonal outdoor pool and a heated infinity pool with ocean views are available for guests. The spa offers back, couples, foot, full body, hand, head, and neck massages, plus a hot tub/Jacuzzi and sauna. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided by the pool and on the beach.

The hotel sits directly on Biscarrosse Beach, with immediate access to the sand and surf. It is 7 km from Biscarosse Golf Course and 30 km from the Bassin d'Arcachon. Free private parking on site includes four electric vehicle charging stations, and Arcachon Train Station is 30 km away.
